• client who has made most wedding day decisions but wants to hand off the responsibility of bringing it all together to someone else
• client who wants guests and family to enjoy the wedding and not be responsible as the contact for all vendors and guests before and on the wedding day
• client who did not use a wedding planner and wants one to ensure all details of wedding have been planned for and proper etiquette is being followed
• destination client who has planned the wedding but has limited time in the area prior to the wedding for vendor confirmation and walk-thru

Includes:

• initial consultation
• hand off of rehearsal and wedding day plans and activities to the wedding planner one month prior to wedding day
• establishing wedding planner as the primary contact for all vendors one month prior to wedding day
• set up and coordination of venue walk-thru's with applicable vendors prior to the wedding day
• detailed rehearsal and wedding day schedules for vendors and wedding party
• wedding planner to lead and coordinate wedding rehearsal for up to 1.5 hours
• wedding planner and assistant to lead and coordinate wedding day activities on the wedding day for up to 8 hours
